*Title: ETL Tester* *Location: NYC, NY - Locals Needed* *In-person interview is a must* *Roles and Responsibilities includes:* - Reviews requirements and specifications, and defines test conditions - Designs test cases and test scripts under own direction, mapping back to pre-determined criteria, recording and reporting outcomes - Experience in preparing Test Strategy, developing Test Plan, Detailed Test Cases, writing Test Scripts by decomposing Business Requirements, and developing Test Scenarios to support quality deliverable - Analyses and reports test activities and results - Identifies and reports issues and risks associated with own work - Relational database experience covering writing queries, manipulating test data through SQL statements - Experience using testing/quality assurance tools such as ALM and JIRA - Proven experience in testing following Agile/Scrum methodology - Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively to varying audiences - Hands-on experience in ORACLE database technologies - Experience with MongoDB (nice to have) - Strong expertise in ORACLE SQL and PL/SQL scripting - Writing SQL queries including complicated joins to verify proper mapping of data elements - Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) - Expertise in Data validation and Data comparison - Well-versed with all stages of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC) - Knowledge and experience in Metadata and Star schema/Snowflake schema. - Proficient enough to Analyze Source Systems, Staging area, Fact and Dimension tables in Target D/W - Experience in ETL Processes (Data Warehouse Testing) Thanks and Regards, Syed Layeeq New York Technology Partners – Rochester 332 Jefferson Rd.
