Accountable for the end to end data conversion and data quality within a functional area. Define with project leadership the data conversion strategy and approach. Co-ordinates data migration dependencies across functions and locations. Leads conversion design and field mappings process Lead data analysis and profiling. Participate in conversion solution development and build activities ensuring integrated, workable solutions that meet functional needs. Identify /coordinate planning for manual data prep & cleansing. Coordinate value map creation and usage Drive conversion test planning and execution. Long term ownership of the developed conversion solution.
