USA – Arizona, Tucson *Duration *: Long term *Responsibilities * As part of the NIS Business Operations (BIZOPS) department, the Business Analysts will gather project requirements from Business Unit customers as well as IT Partner Organizations, who are responsible for Enterprise Applications, Information Security, Communication & Collaboration, and Data Services. Business Analysts work as part of a team that includes project managers, technical analysts, architects and solution engineering. The Business Analyst plays a key role during the planning stage of project intake by ensuring that the Technical Infrastructure Analyst (TIA) have all of the requirements and data necessary to produce detailed designs for deploying enterprise applications in the data center. They support the project and the project team through the project life-cycle, initiate, plan, design, build, test, transition to operations, deploy, and close. • Strong written & verbal communication, and meeting facilitation skills • Good interpersonal skills, including collaboration, communication, relationship building, and negotiation • Proficient with MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
