Location Brentwood TN *Job Description:* This person will need to have a background in middle tier testing, specifically focused on the IBM stack: *BPM, ODM and IMDG* Responsibilities for the Sr. Middle Tier QA Tester: • Evaluate/Test new and existing programs and development procedures • Provide recommendations on improvements and critical approaches to technical teams • Effectively difference between standards and user application modifications • Develop product-based testing strategies, determine test environment and test data requirements, and develop test plans/cases based on requirements • Create test case scenarios • Identify program operating errors and bug defects • Create business process workflows based off user and business analyst specifications • Educate others outside of QA on the value of a structured QA approach • Mentor, train, and/or education of peers on the value of structured QA Required Skills for the Sr. Middle Tier QA Tester: • 7+ years of professional experience in Software Quality Assurance and Testing • Proven skills in data analysis, data verification, data mining, and back-end validation • Extensive hands-on experience with HP Quality Center, IBM (BPM), (ODM), and (IMDG) • Strong skills in project coordination and managing multiple priorities ◦ Breaking tasks down, estimating timelines, and delivering quality results on time • Experience in the mentoring, training, and/or education of peers on the value of structured QA practices • Ability to formulate a solid test approach/strategy using predetermined requirements and goals Benefits for the Sr. Middle Tier QA Tester: • Medical, Vision, and Dental Plan! • Close-knit, team environment • Opportunity to contribute long-term to a growing organization • Ask about our consultant training program!
