Work in a Scrum environment to help design a new softw are platform. Collaborate and guide other members of the software development team to implement reusable components. Participate in all stages of agile / scrum software development to develop and support advanced data acquisition systems for drilling and well logging, control and data analysis. Advance new ideas applying software architecture and design that can deliver software products to market in better, faster and smarter ways. Work directly with product owners to ensure the delivered product addresses market needs. *Essential qualifications/requirements* Bachelors or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or Electrical Engineering with 9+ years of rigorous software development experience. A minimum of 9 years of SW development experience using Visual C++, C#, Microsoft .NET, SQL Server skills. A minimum of 3 years of SW architecture and design experience A minimum of 3 years of experience in user interface design and development with WPF & HTML 5 Significant experience developing scalable web services and/or applications Experience with Team Foundation Server Experience with Cloud Based Computing Excellent interpersonal skills and enjoy working in a highly collaborative, iterative, agile, open team environment Familiarity with cutting edge technologies Familiarity with game development, iOS development would be a plus Good technical and problem solving skills with a drive for results Works well in Scrum teams and independently, manages time well and makes quality decisions. *Preferred qualifications/requirements* Commercial packaged software experience is a plus. Experience with Enterprise Architect and UML Deep understanding of how to apply design patterns. Experience in using source build and control systems such as TFS Active participant in software development community with keen interest in the latest best software practices and trends. Experience working on a mixed discipline Agile / Scrum / Nexus product development team.
