*Job Title : SENIOR PROGRAM MANAGER * *Job location : Toronto, CANADA* *Job Duration : 8-10 Months (phase I), 8-10 Months (phase II) – possible full time conversion* *Job experience : 11+ years* *Job Interview : There will be 3 rounds of interviews (that could be 1 phone and 2 f2f same day) or (2 phone and 1 f2f) or (1 phone and 2 f2f on different days)* *JOB DESCRIPTION:-* In this capacity, the program manager will: • Interface with Systems Integrators, Mastercard teams and bank customer for collecting technical requirements, analyzing requirements and proposing solutions. • Work closely with Mastercard Advisors, Mastercard Account team, MC delivery team, the Systems Integrator project team as well as the client PMO and project leads, in order to define solutions and manage the whole project implementation stream (design, development, testing and deployment). • Coordinate all Mastercard resources (Advisors, Wallet Solutions, Customer Delivery, …) contributing to the projects. • Identify gaps and request for resources. Identify mitigation plans. Know when to take actions and when to request managerial arbitrations. • Examine all project deliverables, in order to reach clarity, completeness & quality. • Ensure smooth transition from Mastercard delivery team to Customer Support team. In particular, ensure that a solution is delivered which is up to the SLA expected by the Customer. • Proactively propose solutions to the customer & maintain a joint/collaborative effort with the Mastercard/SI partners to deliver the solution outlined in the business requirements and discovery documents. • Anticipate & demonstrate expertise regarding Project Planning, Tracking and Control and related impact analysis & risks management. • Provide regular reporting internally and externally: action log, risks table, gantt, project plan • Manage resources effectively & minimize cost implications such as time and effort wastage. *MANDATORY SKILLS:-* o English fluency is mandatory. o Expertise in managing software delivery life-cycle and project management, in both Agile and Waterfall models. o Experience in handling multiple projects of varied technologies.
