*Position: S**DE**T (Software Development Engineer in Test)* *Location: San Rafael, CA* *Duration: 6-12 Months*
*Responsibilities:* • Work in an agile development environment, collaborating with the team to deliver quality software iteratively. • Design, code, test, and implement automation test suites in Selenium. • Utilize design patterns to build automation test cases for API Web Service testing. • Simulate production environment by building a test harness to test and monitor complex use cases. • Convert requirements into test scenario and create user stories for those test scenarios. • Utilize new testing frameworks and plan to migrate the current tests to the new framework. • Pair with Software Engineers to triage issues and identify the root cause. • Collaborate across engineering teams to develop automation test plans. • Interpret test results across software stacks and multiple applications. *Skills and Qualifications: * • BS/MS in computer science or engineering or equivalent work experience. • 6+ years of experience with hands-on automation exposure. • Programming experience with object oriented programming language like Java, Ruby. • Experience with testing tools like WinRunner, Quick Test Professional, Load Runner/Performance Center, jMeter. • Proficient in unix environments and shell scripting • Experience with Git or other source code repositories. • Experience setting up Jenkins for continuous integration. • Utilize profiling tools to develop metrics to analyze and measure performance of tests. *Preferred Qualifications: * • Familiar with Agile/Scrum, continuous delivery, and modern development practices • *Experience with Apigee, Ruby and AWS * *• Experience with ERP applications such as Salesforce or SAP * *• Experience with relational databases such as Oracle of MySQL. * *• Experience with Amazon Web Services and/or other public cloud providers* Thanks, Sara IT Career City 302-721-5256 s...@itcareercity.com -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "US_IT.Groups" group.
