A lot of the tools they use are not consistent between operations/engineering/help desk. Want to build a management system using SCCM and other desktop technologies. They want to manage the framework so they can take requests for VDI's and fulfill them-which they want to be largely automated, and then also be able to do the analysis. Want these resources to technically dive deep on the products (SCCM, Active Directory, Group Policy, AppSense, ESX, Citrix) Need to have an understanding if they are going to provision VM's for a migration at scale, how do they automate that? Even after migration is done, how do they build and manage the VM population that the users are using? Candidates have to come from Large Enterprise Environment (he is a Goldman guy).. at a minimum of 50k users.
