Linked-in must * Role: Performance Tester* * Location: Brentwood, TN 3+ yrs* *Key responsibilities:* o Interact with the various business stakeholders and understand the performance testing requirements and prepare performance test plans. o Create and execute performance test strategy o Creation of very complex performance test scripts that are flexible and dynamic to validate the application performance o Execute various types of performance tests o Coordinate with the offshore team and ensure smooth project delivery o Configure server side monitoring using various monitoring tools. o Analyze the client-side and server side results, come up with recommendations and participate in go / No-go meetings o Clearly articulate the test artifacts that are understood by the Dev. teams, Business Analysts, product owners and Directors. *Mandatory Qualifications:* o 9+ years of experience working on performance testing and engineering of large scale web applications. o Expertise with the performance testing tool HP LoadRunner.
