*Job Title: Devops Engineer Location: Charleston SC Duration: Long Term* Looking for a proactive, driven individual who is motivated by challenge and act as a key member of our Development Operations team. This position will assist in creating and supporting all environments necessary to deliver our enterprise platform in a secure and highly available manner. The ideal candidate would have experience deploying enterprise software within Amazon Web Services. Extensive knowledge in: Cloud based service-oriented architecture deployments Amazon Web Services Docker and container orchestration Security policies and procedures Linux and bash scripting Automated deployment scripts Continuous integration Enterprise SaaS Passionate about building and supporting highly available, secure and scalable enterprise environments. Build and support highly available, secure and scalable environments Build and deploy automation scripts Build and maintain systems for logging, monitoring and reporting Maintain and support infrastructure for all environments Implement and maintain security policies to ensure HIPPA compliance Support and maintain Continuous Integration framework Implement automation framework and tests Ensure we are compliant and current with disaster recovery plan BS in computer science or related engineering, science or math discipline and 3+ years related work experience (or equivalent work experience) Strong operations experience Strong skills with Amazon Web Services (IAM policies and roles, VPC, Subtest in multiple regions, EC@ instances, RDS, ELB, CloudFormation, CloudFront, Elasticsearch, ElastiCache, Glacier, Auto Scaling Groups) Experience in deploying micro-service cloud based applications with Docker and AWS services Experience with orchestration tools such as Docker Data Center. Experience with configuration management tools (Chef, Ansible, Puppet) Experience with security practices, methods and tools. Previously worked within a HIPPA compliant environment. Strong skills working on software build/release within an Agile distributed software development team Excellent communication (written and verbal), time management, interpersonal and team participation skills.
