*Position: Senior SFDC Developer Location: San Diego, CA Duration: 6 Months CTH * Initial phone screen followed by a skype screen Must be US Citizen, GC Must have skype id Description: The Senior Salesforce Developer, Enterprise Applications is an integral member to the organization responsible for Enterprise Projects, Third-Party Tools, and Custom Software Integrations. Candidates must have the ability to manage multiple initiatives, negotiate with Senior Staff, understand complex technology, provide direction to staff, and have a strong problem-solving aptitude while delivering solutions. The senior resource position requires a self-starter with a great can-do attitude to successfully complete Enterprise assignments. Responsibilities • Advise best practices, conduct code reviews, provide training, and support the team as needed • Work with business units to map business processes; align technology solutions with short and long-term business strategies • Design, code, test and deploy Salesforce solutions • Design and build highly scalable business application solutions leveraging Salesforce Lightning • Develop Visualforce pages and Sites for both desktop and mobile users • Hands on design and development of custom solutions on the force.com platform including work in Apex, Visualforce and application integration • Leverage experience in RESTful and SOAP web services, including Salesforce APIs, to integrate Salesforce with other third party applications and enterprise systems • Leverage knowledge of tools and best practices for development and deployment of enterprise applications, including source code management, code review/optimization, and unit testing • Define and complete user stories; configure solutions to meet user story requirements and best practices • Document processes and systems, including integrations and 3rd party systems used in conjunction with Salesforce • Create tests to ensure the quality of solutions; work with other service team members and business units to execute quality checks • Perform data analysis including cleaning, transforming, and modeling data; design data reporting solutions to meet business needs • Provide technical support for end users and document issues • Evaluate and follow-through on issues and problems until resolved or escalated • Document and evaluate issue patterns to plan and recommend process and system improvements • Understand technology trends and vendor product roadmaps to determine how they best fit the demands/requests of customers and how delivered functionality can be best leveraged Qualifications • 8-10 years’ knowledge and work experience on the Salesforce Platform: Service Cloud, Sales Cloud, Communities, Force.com and App Exchange. • Solid Object Oriented design skills and experience with design patterns to ensure system scalability • Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical business partners effectively • Strong Salesforce Admin background in the following areas: o Sharing Rules, Object Permissions, Permissions sets, User roles, Process Builder, Workflow Rules, Approval Processes, Reports, Dashboards, Web to Lead, Lightning App Builder • Strong Salesforce Development background in the following areas: o Visualforce (Apex, HTML, CSS, JavaScript) o Apex (Test Classes, Classes, Triggers, Web Services & API’s) o Proficiency in SFDC development environment including Force.com IDE, Migration Tools, SOSL & SOQL o Bulkifying Code o Sandbox management (including full sandbox) • App Development background in the following areas: o Lightning Components o Custom Sites • Experience working with RESTful and SOAP web services • Object Oriented concepts and experience with OO languages (Java, Ruby, C#, C++) • Strong understanding of relational databases (MySQL, SQL Server, Oracle, etc.) • Proficient in SFDC technologies including configuration, custom development, and integrations. • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis on Computer Science, MIS, Software Engineering, MIS, or related field preferred Remarks: Must have valid photo id 2 project references.
