Location: Detroit, MI
Duration: 4+ Months/Contract
*Interview: Phone and Skype*
*Must have 3+ years of release management experience & Jira app experience.*
*Required Skills and Experience*
College degree in IT or Engineering related curriculum or equivalent work
experience.
o Excellent level of analytical ability, communication and interpersonal
skills required to build relationships with team members and customers to
solve problems and resolve issues.
o 3-5 years of technical trouble shooting experience (incident management
role)
o Good understanding of relational Data base structures
o Strong understanding of operational procedures and protocols.
o Strong Analytical and Problem solving skills.
o Experience in IT operations and ITIL best practices
o Software Implementation experience
o Good working knowledge of VM ware, Oracle Data Base, Linux, Windows,
Web logic, Java and network protocols.
o Strong organizational skills and attention to details
o Demonstrates initiative by reaching beyond work assigned to improve
output and/or help others
o Demonstrated ability to manage multiple and significantly complex
projects and assignments with high level of autonomy and accountability for
results
o Demonstrated ability in lead projects with coordinating the work of
others
o Demonstrated ability in use of Microsoft Office software including MS
project.
o Minimum 7 years’ experience in the IT field
