*Top Three Skills: *
1) *BI tool experience* - Migration experience from Business Objects would
be the most ideal (Microstrategy is on-site for the implementation).
Similar experience with any other "Upper Quadrant" BI tools
works as well
2) *PM skills* - Tracking against the budget and driving
project with business/IT partners. Vendor Management experience very
helpful
3) *Change Management* - Customer has OCM model, but very high level. Would
like to have someone's expertise who has been through this type of
migration.
