*Required Skills:*
- 5+ years of experience with Isilon and NetApp operations managing at
least a 10 cluster and 10PB environment
- Upgrades
- Maintenance
- Storage operating system upgrades
- Cluster configuration from scratch
- SmartLock and SnapLock
- Large scale Migrations
- Ability to assist with troubleshooting as necessary
- Experience opening tickets with EMC support and managing open SR’s
through to completion
- Ability to provide best practice knowledge transfer to the customer
operations team
- Must be able to effectively communicate with team members, partners,
vendors, customers, etc.
- Candidates must be self-starters and be able to work without constant
direction
*Nice To Have:*
- Experience with Isilon and NetApp
- Installations / rack &stack (nice to have)
- Cabling diagrams (nice to have)
- Storage Systems sizing (nice to have)
- Experience designing Isilon and NetApp environment
