Location: Fairlawn, NJ (open to the location being Somerset if it gets
a qualified body sooner then later)

Anyone that has experience with Genesys Predictive dialer and Proactive
Contact would be a plus.
At least one with Development skills in Java, Unix, Shell scripting, Oracle.

Development, Voice Application Tuning ,Genesys Voice Portal exp._ _with
the following Tools:_ _ Genesys Studio (IVR) , Genesys CME , Intervoice IVR
Experience with the following a Plus: Genesys CTI
Candidates should have a solid Java background
Qualifications:
* Experience with Genesys Predictive dialer and Proactive Contact

* The classic certified Genesis Engineer with good communication skills
