They are looking for a consultant familiar with both SQL Server 2005 as well as 2008. Someone who has worked within an Oracle environment would be beneficial, however more of a plus skill. All applications are vendor supported so this person will be expected to interact with Vendors as well as the organization to assist with performance issues therefore communication and the ability to articulate is a must.
