Key Result Areas
* Gather the business teams reporting requirements for source data to
be resident in the Finance Data Warehouse.
* As needed work with source system to locate data and understand where
it is stored so we can extract the data.
* Utilizing knowledge of financial reporting, challenge the business
team to insure they fully considered their reporting requirements.
* From those requirements, using best practices, optimally model the
data to be incorporated into the current Finance Data Warehouse.
* Skill in performing data analysis to support mapping and
transformation of data to physical data models
* Act as the bridge between the business team members for the
requirements and the Finance Data Warehouse development team.
* Background in Financial reporting tools (Cognos, Hyperion, etc).
* Quickly learn the Casino, Hotel and Retail data systems, or currently
have knowledge of similar systems.
* Excellent communication skills.
