*This is Neha from Apetan consulting,* *Please find the below job description and send me your update resume matching to it along with Contact details, Current location, Visa and Availability ASAP.* *POSITION: IBM ODM Lead/Engineer * *INTERVIEW: Phone than F2F Interview* *LOCATION: NYC, NY* *DURATION:12 MONTHS+* *VISA:NO H1B..* *START :ASAP* *Job Overview:* Main areas of responsibilities: Understand the system architecture and functionality and assess feasibility of user requests Evaluate new and ongoing projects and provide estimates for proposed solutions Identify risks and opportunities and help define technology roadmap Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement, business decisions and rules using IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) Create requirements, rules lists, and decision trees, to support rules/decisions and business insights development Design the structure of the rule repository (defining what metadata customization is needed for implementation), optimization and traceability for rules within the technical architecture Develop and Implement business rules and use business rule manager web client to interact with business rules at run time Project execution using various development methodologies, including agile development methodologies Assist in the evaluation of implementations with respect to rules Engage with business users, system and business analysts to identify system enhancements and/or new applications to meet business needs. Perform code reviews and provide technical mentoring for junior developers Ensure methodology is followed for the project in accordance with company standards and guidelines Stay abreast of new IBMODM features and functions, product roadmap, and drive version upgrades to remain current with vendor offering Requirements MS/MSc degree in Engineering and/or Computer Science or related work experience required At least 4 years of experience developing business rules in IBM Operational Decision Manager (ODM) V8.x At least 4 years of experience with Rule Studio as the main business tool for authoring, validating, and deploying the rules/ruleApp to the rule execution server At least 4 years of experience design, setup, customization the Business Object Model (BOM) and vocabulary for rule authoring as well as Implementing the Execution Object Model (XOM) that enables rule execution At least 4 years of experience authoring the rule artifacts to implement business policies and Orchestrate rule execution through rule flows At least 4 years of experience setting up and customize the testing and simulation environment for business users At least 4 years of experience packaging and deploying rule sets to test and production environments At least 4 years of experience in Java/JavaScript, Data transformation, and XML/XSD structures Understanding and practical user skills in database technologies Good problem solving skills Good communication and presentation/public speaking skills Experience working with a Global team Nice to have attributes: • Compliance AML KYC experience Thanks, *Neha Kumari |* *Technical Recruiter* | *Apetan Consulting LLC* Tel:201-620-9700* 106 | Fax: 201-526-6869 |Email:[email protected] *Mail *: 72 van reipen ave pmb#255, Jersey City, NJ 07306 | *Corp.
