*Required Skills*



·         Lead the participate in outage calls

·         Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge
database documentation whenever required

·         Participate in weekly/ monthly/ customer meeting and provide
activities report.

·         Follow Compliance and Regulation policy of TCS and Customer

·         Keep the Inventory up to date for global locations

·         Work with offshore team and ensure customer deliverables are
delivered on time

·         Good understanding of Incident, Asset, Problem and Change
Management (ITIL)

·         Experience with Citrix products that include, but are not limited
to NetScaler, XenMobile, XenApp, XenDesktop, and XenServer

·         Managing the configuration of Netsclaer Load Balancers and
gateways for mobile device traffic

·         Using ITIL change management through Service Now to document
Architectural updates and maintenance

·         Administering and maintaining the MDM Citrix XenMobile platform

·         Working knowledge of Firewall/Load Balancer/MDM/MAM/Exchange
CAS/Citrix Storefront/

·         Familiar with integrations with Certificate Server (root and
intermediate)

·         Familiar with integration into AD and internal/external facing
Architecture

·         Working with Netscaler for single sign on and
security/authentication

·         Administering and managing MAM XenMobile AppController

·         Working knowledge of mobile operating systems (iOS, Android,
Windows, etc.) including configuration and troubleshooting

·         Maintain documentation related to mobility activities/process

·         Adhering to and enforcing all standards for mobility/messaging
platform
