Please find the below JD; Share me suitable profiles to [email protected] *Need Techno Functional Project manager * *After Phone “Interview must be willing to go for a F2F in Wayne, PA* *Role : Functional Project Manager* *Experience : 10+ Years* *Employment Type : Contract* *Location : Wayne - PA* *Description: * The Project Manager will work with the Wayne Delivery Team on the BOSS program to plan, manage and coordinate the execution of projects, in line with the business strategy and approved business case, in order to conduct the projects within agreements set with the client regarding targeted outcome, timing, budget and quality of deliverables. These projects could affect multiple business units, large end-user populations, corporate client delivery, applications, and other areas of delivery within the organization. As such, this position is critical to ensuring the appropriate stakeholders are included in the communication plans and brought onboard for each project. The position requires someone with extensive experience in managing multiple large scale projects happening within complex business and IT environments. The potential candidate must demonstrate excellent communications skills (verbal and written), an ability to handle multiple projects and at times flexibility to perform multiple roles, work well under pressure, remain budget, time and resource conscious, and effectively work with disparate teams throughout a diverse business community. This position requires demonstrated knowledge of industry standard project management principles and practices. The knowledge of IT processes and supporting technologies, and how these technologies integrate within projects and the existing environments is a must. *Role and Responsibilities* • Communicate and collaborate with business leaders to define strategic, tactical and technical solutions for their business units. • Confer with business unit and stakeholders, IT department managers and representatives to ensure projects are meeting defined business objectives. • Develop a project plan and budget based on a business case, in order to have clear guidance to project execution, which is leading to expected project results and satisfied customers. • Manage project execution, coordinate all involved internal and external parties and monitor consistency with the project plan and approved changes, in order to cost efficiently realize project plan and satisfied customers with minimal risks. • Partner with IT Scrum Masters to ensure the individual Scrum teams and sprints are aligned to achieve the overall project milestones, scope and quality needs • Collect and analyze data regarding the performed activities in comparison to the project plan and timetable. • Identify best practices. • Deliver input for improvement of project management tools, techniques and procedures. • Maintain project procedures, systems and methodologies, in order to contribute to consistent and high quality project management governance and audit. At the same time, contribute to the improvement of the capability maturity level. • Identify and manage the project team on a day to day basis by pro-actively addressing issues and risks to deliver the project products at the required standard of quality and within the specified constraints of time and costs. • Ensure successful hand-over of the project products into IT and Business operations in order to support the achievement of the business benefits. • Manage customer and stakeholder expectations in coordination with respective relationship manager and business solutions members. • Reports the project status in a timely, accurate and comprehensive manner in alignment with internal procedural standards. • Work with BOSS Program Manager and Delivery Manager to ensure project risks/issues are escalated and resolved in a timely manner to minimize project delivery risks. *Requirements * • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Technical or Business subjects • *At least a total of 10+ years of post-degree professional experience in a content based project role within the consulting, technology or financial services industry with at least 5 years as project manager. Prior experience in the leasing sector a plus.* • Experience in delivering changes and new implementation within the front and back office domains to support regulatory, business process improvement and revenue generation requirements. • Prior experience with Oracle eBusiness Suite R12 implementation is preferred • The role suits a person that started with initial content rich project roles (such as business analyst, technical analyst or project coordinator) and has experienced a steady career progression from small team leadership into large projects management. • Ability to work in a cross functional diverse project team • International experience with global/virtual teams and multicultural environments a plus.
