*Requirements :*



   1. Perform daily administration of technical work, liaison for our
   customers stake holders and hosted partner Oracle OnDemand/OMCS
   2. *Ability to create and manage Oracle support tickets* and Request for
   change (RFCs). Schedule and coordinate RFCs, Address RFC queries and status
   questions via Phone and Email
   3. Communications Management (Outage, Change, escalation etc.)
   4. Knowledge and hands on experience on Oracle e-business application,
   providing L1 support for basic login issues, assigning
   roles/responsibilities and perform basic health checks
   5. Knowledge of Oracle applications and their basic functionality
   (Weblogic, OID, OVD, OAM, SOA, RDBMS)
   6. Strong organizational skills, with proven experience prioritizing
   work and coordinating server projects at one time
   7. Proven ability to work in a team environment
   8. Strong focus on detail and accuracy of work
   9. Strong interpersonal and project/time management skills
   10. Perform basic testing to ensure issue has been resolved and the
   application is working properly.
   11. This person should have experience working with Oracle Consulting
   and have the know how to root cause of an issue in order to facilitate the
   proper resources to ensure that this issue is resolved.
