Email:- *[email protected]* <[email protected]> Subject: Sr. Project Manager Location: Boston, MA Duration: 2 months Rate: open Need locals In person interview: required after phone interview *MUST HAVES: Oracle E-Business Suite, experience working with hosted solutions and order to cash, and excellent communication skills.* Please send me your qualified cadidates. *Job Description* Key Responsibilities: • Business relationship management. • Project planning and budget management. • Effective vendor management. • Drive and manage the entire project life cycle. • Negotiate, define, communicate and manage the scope of projects. • Identify, analyze, prioritize, mitigate and communicate project risks. • Be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously to success. • Create and maintain a project schedule, which defines activities, sequence, dependencies, work effort, duration and associated resource requirements. • Develop, maintain and effectively execute project plans throughout the life of assigned project(s) according to established procedures, channels and success expectations. • Establish clear project parameters supporting the success of all internal and client team members (includes KPIs). • Provide and promote high standards of professionalism, integrity and leadership throughout the life of projects, both within and outside the organization, appropriately representing business philosophies, protocols and standards. • Contribute to continual process and people management innovation, supporting effective delivery of solutions • Forecast, track and manage project budgets, POs and invoices in accordance with corporate policy. • Define, negotiate, communicate, implement and monitor quality standards on all project deliverables. • Acquire / coordinate appropriate resources (technical & non-technical) to meet project needs. • Plan and manage internal and external project communications, ensuring effective exchange of project information, and deliverables. • Manage effective and accurate completion of new business proposals aligned to the business strategy. • Assist in the ongoing maturation process of the Project life cycle and integration process. Minimal Requirements: Qualified applicants will have a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Management Information Systems and a minimum 10 years experience as a Project Manager working in an Information Systems group (preferably within the Pharmaceutical of Life Sciences industry). PMP certification preferred. Experience with Oracle E-business Suite (Oracle Project Accounting, Accounts Payables, General Ledger, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, iProcurement, iExpenses, Purchasing, Order Management, Accounts Receivables, Alerts, Approvals Management Engine (AME), and Application Desktop Integrator (ADI)). Noetix, Discoverer, Kenexa , iManage, KBX, Ceridian, Concur, Kaplan and Outlooksoft is a plus.
