 *We have a position for a SAP HR Functional - Compensation Management  in
             Irwin Dale, CA

Job Detail: Senior profile with experience in SAP HR and have experience in
Compensation Managements implementation, configuration experience.
Should have a good communication and experienced in working with Business
users.

The job description is a follows:

-- 7 yrs of overall experience as a SAP HR Functional consultant
-- 3 yrs of hands on experience in SAP HR Functional - Compensation
Management -- A MUST
-- Must have completed a minimum of 2 SAP HR E2E on Compensation Management
-- A MUST
-- Solid functional and technical knowledge of SAP HR & experience is a must
(ECC 6) in at least 1 full cycle implementation
-- Learning Portal Strong functional knowledge of training processes Analyze
training requirements and configure the system Design solutions using
standard SAP and estimate efforts to solve identified gaps
-- Prioritize gaps and design the implementation plan Knowledge of Authoring
environment and Content management system would be an advantage Integration
with other SAP modules such as HR Time Mgt and SAP FI/CO
-- A strong HR background**
