•Some experience with PeopleSoft’s HCM - Financial Gateway, Talent
Acquisition and Administer Workforce

•Project management skills, including planning, time management, team
leadership

•Ability to apply creative and analytical thinking skills to resolving
problems and setting a vision.

•Ability to explore alternative methods to resolve issues and improve
processes

•Demonstrated experience with Human Resources information management systems
and tools, e.g. PeopleSoft, Crystal, reporting tools

*Description: *

HRIM Upgrade Functional Lead will be responsible for leading the ER&S
function through the PeopleSoft 9.1 upgrade process in a backfill capacity.
The Functional Consultant will work closely with the current HRIM Consultant
up through her leave, eliciting process understanding.  Participate in
fit-gap activity.  The focus of the role will be to lead the team in the
design and delivery of Candidate Gateway, Talent Acquisition Management and
Administer Workforce as well as working with the client’s web component
interface workflow for HR transactions.

 •Lead functional team through design and delivery of PeopleSoft modules
(version 9.1): Candidate Gateway, Talent Acquisition Management, and
Administer Workforce for upgrade.

 •Act as liaison between functional and technical teams to manage process
change as required by upgrade.

 •Customization review - review the key changes from the 8.3 to 9.1
comparison reports: Candidate Gateway, Talent Acquisition Management, and
Administer Workforce.

 •Process review – map existing processes (using current documentation if
available) and walk through each process using converted PS 9.1 database:
Candidate Gateway, Talent Acquisition Management, and Administer Workforce.

 •Planning, design and execution of User Acceptance Testing for Candidate
Gateway, Talent Acquisition Management, Administer Workforce and Job related
web transactions.

 •Knowledge transfer on beginning and end of assignment to ensure transition
of process.

 •Work with HRIM Manager and Documentation Specialist to outline process
changes impacting documentation.
