Job Title: Network Technical Analyst Location: US-IN-Bloomington Duration: 12 Months Job Description: Troubleshoot Avaya PBX, CMS, AIR, AES, and other adjunct equipment IP Gateways Work with vendors for troubleshooting Complete call routing changes using ICM, and AT&T RouteIt, and Avaya PBX Vectoring •Understand and troubleshoot customer ACD reports •Field business partner questions on PBX features/functionality and on application design changes to routing flows •Create, change & implement complex contact center applications Videoconference troubleshooting, Tanburg C20 equipment Recommended skills: Strong understanding of Avaya PBX and adjunct environment Knowledge of TDM circuitry IP Networking Modular Messaging, Unified Messaging, and Cisco Unity Connections Cisco ICM scripting & troubleshooting Avaya PBX programming and vectoring Avaya Interactive Response (IR) troubleshooting Experience with ArcanaNetworks Inc.
