*Project Description*

SAP HR configuration specialist who can help with the following:



1)   Determine the exact configuration steps required in Magellan to support
and integrate with what is being done within the company

2)   Document and execute the required Magellan config and associated
testing

3)   Support end to end testing when the HR team is ready for UAT.



Initial discovery work around the required config. What we THINK we know
needs to happen in Magellan:



1)   Creation of a new personnel area

2)   Replicate some work schedules currently present in Chems GSAP over in
Magellan

3)   Configure the "potentials" piece in Magellan, to mirror what is in
Chems GSAP.



Roles and Responsibilities:

Single Entity Project to complete deliverables for the Magellan 609 system.



ERP Project would be accountable for:

•         Magellan HR Configuration

•         Validating that the interface leaving Magellan/CH GSAP does
successfully transmit

•         Validate the data is posted successfully in the Magellan system
from the interface coming from People System

 ·         The primary responsibilities of the Senior Functional Analyst /
Team Lead include providing BPC production support for an existing system
and providing leadership for the overall AMO account team.

·         This includes troubleshooting and resolving issues, performing
needed configuration adjustments, developing functional specifications,
testing proposed solutions and documenting the resolution.**

*Job Responsibilities: *

·         Delivery experience from an Application and Maintenance
perspective

·         3+ years management experience including offshore/on-shore
staffing models

·         Team building capability

·         Negotiation skills and capacity to drive win-win outcomes

·         2-4 years of BPC or Outlook Soft experience is required with1- 2
multiple life cycle implementations required.

·         This person should have a strong functional background with the
financial planning and consolidations process but technically be able to do
the configuration in the BPC tool to meet the customer requirements. At
least one implementation as the solution architect in the financial area and
one implementation in the consolidations area is preferred.

·         Must have experience in building EVDRE models, dimensionality,
script logic, data manager packages and input templates / reports.

·         Must have working knowledge of Micrsoft SSIS or SAP BW process
chains.

·         Must have deployed both the Microsoft or Netweaver platforms on an
implementation project.

·         Would prefer the candidate to have prior experience with other
planning systems outside of BPC. Examples include Hyperion SAP BCS, SAP BPS,
and SAP IP.

·         Strong understanding of financials in an SAP ECC environment .

·         Must understand core Business Intelligence concepts and
methodologies for integrating Financial planning and consolidation data to
SAP leveraging BI reporting tools such as Xcelisus, Crystal, etc.

·         Prior, Outlook Soft experience is required. • Good problem solving
skills required. • Strong written and verbal communication skills.

·         Strong understanding of all aspects of the SAP implementation
lifecycle and a solid grasp of the ASAP Methodology & Run SAP Methodology.

·         Must have a good grasp of project and program management methods
and tools.

·         Strong core consulting skills – communication, organization and
planning, client facing and interpersonal.

·         Experienced in scoping, requirements gathering/definition,
configuration, testing, cutover and support.

·         Designed and developed functional specifications for BPC
implementations and integrations.

·         Well-developed system problem solving skills having solved complex
business problems within or across functional areas in SAP.

·         Experienced with the management of customer demands, progress
reporting and status utilizing a service desk ticketing system such as
Remedy

*Desired Skills: *

·         Leadership experience in a Big 5 organization preferred

·         Strong SAP background is preferred

·         BPC Netweaver 7.0 certification

·         BPC MS 7.0 certification

·         OutlookSoft 5.0 certification

·         Knowledge ITIL concepts and practices
