Clarity Studio version 12.1 front-end and back-end experience 2. Complete Project Development, including requirements gathering, define process flow chart, develop and implement processes in clarity studio. 3. Clarity Gel/XOG scripting and creating new portlets and modify existing portlets as per requirements. 4. Should be able to perform Clarity migrations and re-partition using XOG API. 5. Support and Maintenance of existing clarity/service desk projects. 6. Implementation and maintenance of Clarity integrations with other systems such as service desk, Oracle Financials, CA IT Asset Manager (CA ITAM) using WSDL, XOG, Gel and Java. 7. Develop custom reports and provide support using crystal reports for clarity and CA Service Desk Boxi reporting. 8. Support and maintenance of CA IT Asset Manager (CA ITAM) 9. Must possess good understanding of ITIL methodologies 10. CA certification is Plus 11.
