ERP experience consists of identifying and defining user requirements, mapping business processes, defining software configuration and setup, developing test scripts and scenarios and providing relevant applications and business expertise. • Work closely with process owners and end users to map required business processes and translate to business system solutions • Recommend and educate on best practices related to various supply chain and manufacturing disciplines. • Provide application training to the end user community as required • Create specifications and documentation for system usage as required • Create specifications for reporting, applications extensions, and integrated 3rd party software solutions to meet business requirements *Description:* Previous experience as a manufacturing business systems analyst or systems integration lead or operational experience using the Oracle eBusiness suite. • Excellent understanding of the system integration points between manufacturing, financials, and order management along with all the manufacturing applications. This includes an understanding of the procure to pay, schedule to build, forecast to plan, design to release, lead to order, plan to replenishment including cycle counts, physical inventory, VMI and min-max processes. • Some project management skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Projects and Office. • Detailed understanding and experience with manufacturing processes at a Fortune 1000 companies or equivalent size companies in an manufacturing environment.. • Experience with leading and facilitating business requirements and business process definition, application design and integrated testing activities • Ability to establish effective working relationships in a team environment • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities • Excellent written, verbal, presentation and interpersonal communication skills • Proficiency with MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) • Willingness to travel 0-25% nationally and internationally.
