Worked on *Informatica Power Center tool* - Source Analyzer, Warehouse Designer, Mapping Designer, Workflow Manager, Workflow Monitor, Mapplets, and Reusable Transformations. Lead the effort to create and maintain ETL requirements in Informatica in conjunction with data marts and operational data store. Drive the analysis, design, build, unit test and integration test of the product. Define, implement and maintain new development processes as necessary. Identify industry and customer reporting requirements define the solutions and frame the high level & low level design steps. Direct team on implementing the solution; review code and all the required deliverables. Standardize the process across engagements and implement relevant standards and processes. Lead a team to build custom solutions in Informatica directly for customers via an onshore/offshore model. Gain knowledge on Business and discover areas for improvements/enhancements. Provide team mentorship and technical leadership. Contribute to the creation of an environment that facilitates high performance and motivates individuals to work collaboratively as a team to meet company and product goals. Production support and maintenance of applications. Preparation, verification and implementation of detailed technical design solution to the problem. Assist in problem solving and troubleshooting. Performance Tuning of Informatica mappings, processes and load routines. Experience with Unix and Unix Shell scripting Good in data warehousing concepts Good communication skills *Mandatory Skills:* ETL Informatica Powermart Developer.
