Location: NYC NY Rate $Flexible DOE Duration: 9 months+ NEED CANDIDATES LOCAL TO TRI STATE AREA Responsibilities: • Consolidate and maintain overall Project Plans across Client Reporting program including: • Inception, Scoping • Delivery, includes Development and Testing • Data Cleanse / Seeding • Training / Communications • Gamma stream dependencies • Program Analyst for Build World Class Platform, Client Reporting • Managed Issues & Change Control processes and keep logs up-to-date at all times. • Ensured that all projects are in compliance with PMO and SDLC processes. • Understand dependencies across projects within the program and how they impact overall timeline. • Tracked items program critical path, identifies risks, issues and possible mitigations. • Ensured project plans have complete list of tasks and resources at all times. • Confer with project staff to verify work plan and check deliverables against project scope Person Requirements Qualification Summary: • In-depth PMO Analyst experience (5 plus years relevant experience). • Skills in Microsoft Office, with emphasis on Powerpoint and Visio, ability to create documents and presentations, develop spreadsheet cost models, ROI analysis and project justifications. • Ability to create and present executive level reports and presentations. • Ability to build relationships and influence others.
