SAP FI CO Lead
This position is responsible for managing a global SAP team in performing the analysis and support of all SAP modules in FI and CO. The scope of responsibilities include maintenance, support, enhancements, training and business process improvement. Responsibilities: . The support of all SAP solutions in Finance and Controlling and the best-practices use of SAP as a strategic and tactical enabler. . The maintenance of all current and future SAP software. . End-user training and understanding of using SAP software most effectively. . Developing a common SAP solution throughout Client. . Managing the activities of maintenance, support, enhancements, training and business process improvement using SAP software. . Supporting the strategies of Corporate, Shared Services and the commercial divisions with SAP solutions. . Works with Corporate to ensure corporate policies, strategies, standards and controls are implemented within all SAP solutions. . Planning and prioritizing IT goals and objectives as they relate to SAP support. . Ensure confidentiality, security and reliability of SAP systems and data. . Functional and technical lead of the FICO support resources in Client SAP Team Required Skills: . Strong working knowledge of Finance and Controlling and related disciplines . Management and project planning skills . Comfortable making decisions, monitoring progress and reporting results . Ability to plan requirements and aid others in accomplishing annual goals . Ability to identify group conflict and facilitate resolution . Experience in effectively communicating with a broad base of customers and multiple management layers throughout the region, inter-region, divisional and Corporate. . Ability to effectively adapt to rapidly changing business requirements and find effective solutions using the available SAP toolset of solutions. . Strong customer service and communications skills. . Good judgment and analytical skills. . Strong follow-up and organizational skills. . Ability to conduct and prepare feasibility studies and estimates for costs, time, and resources. . Builds relationships with clients. . Interacts with individuals at all levels of the organization. . Has effective working relationships with peers in other areas of the IT organization. . Has broad knowledge of all systems that support Finance and Controlling in an integrated SAP System. . Strong verbal and written communications skills. Must be fluent in English. Bi-lingual is a plus. . Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conceptual skills . Strong project management skills, experience in organizing, planning, and executing large-scale projects from vision through implementation, involving internal personnel, contractors, and vendors ability to analyze project needs and determine resources needed to meet objectives . Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate and persuade at all management levels and thrive in a cross-functional environment . Strong analytical and technical understanding of all SAP FICO functionality and how it applies to Manufacturing, Production Planning, Sales, Distribution, Logistics and HR. . Strong technical understanding of SAP modules FI and CO and how they interact with the other modules Required Experience: . A Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent work experience is required; a Master's degree is highly desired. . Eight years of combined Financial/Controlling Operations and IT experience, including support of large-scale business systems using SAP software. . At least 3 years of managing IT staff and leading multi-country SAP support. . Has working experience in defining requirements and performing the SAP support of most core SAP modules.
