The Sr. Developer will be expected to coordinate with other teams, including those who want to interface with Siebel and with our OBIEE team lead to design solutions for our BI environment. An understanding of higher level programming languages and OBIEE will be necessary. The systems in place include BizTalk, JDE, SAP, Siebel, Vantive and numerous smaller systems. Technologies in use include MS/SQL, Sybase and Oracle relational database management systems, Visual Basic, .NET (C# and VB.NET<http://vb.net/>), C/C++, Java, HTML/XML/XSL and EDI. Implementing new ERP and CRM systems to replace legacy systems is central to our future application development plans. *Key Responsibilities:* - Perform the design, coding, testing, debugging, documentation and installation tasks for assigned Siebel projects. - Coordinate with internal IS resources (system administrator, DBA resources, network support, etc.) to ensure smooth implementation of new systems. Work with the Siebel System Administrator to diagnose and resolve production issues (performance, failed processes, etc.) - Educate other developers on the design and development of more complex development tasks - Provide helpdesk support for all CRM related issues.
