Experience with SAP PI and ECC 6.0 Knowledge of electronic data exchange concepts including: ◦ XML and DTDs ◦ Transmission methods like FTP, SFTP, HTTPs, AS2 ◦ Web services, SOAP, WSDL ◦ SAP and iDOCs Good interpersonal, oral communication, and written communication skills. Ability to conceptualize and apply ideas and practices. Experience with databases, simple queries and data analysis tools Detail-oriented with an eye for precise data content and format Excellent testing and documentation skills. Good project management skills. Experience foodservice distribution or related industry (logistics, transportation, distribution) ** *Essential Job Functions:* · Accountable for all electronic integrations between Maines and its supply chain partners, including customers, banks and 3rd party logistics firms. · Accountable for all electronic integrations between SAP and other systems, including WMS, Forecasting and Order Entry · Tracks usage, prioritizes requests, monitors activity, and resolves issues. · Ensures that implemented software and methods are optimized and current, recommending and managing upgrades as needed · Monitors industry trends and makes recommendations to management regarding changes to electronic communications methods and procedures. · Work with functional team experts to translate requirements into approved and clearly understood deliverables · Document all processes as developed, fill in gaps for existing processes · Provides corporate managers with reports, assessments, and recommendations on the use of electronic communications within Maines. · Ensures department success by managing expectations, controlling perceptions, and communicating accurate status. · Performs other duties as assigned.
