Through the use of Business Intelligence products (SAP BW and Business Objects), this data is made available through web-based reporting developed by the SAP BIS. The SAP BIS is also responsible for the administration and performance of the Data Warehouse and Business Intelligence server installations. *Essential Job Functions* · Become intimately familiar with the various data sources in the company’s architecture · Guide the company through the transition to SAP Business Objects, working with an implementation partner · Work with key members of various departments to determine the definitions of essential data elements · Bring expertise on Business Objects to bear in the development of reports, dashboards and metrics to enable management to make educated business decisions. · Maintain all documentation related to the Business Intelligence technology · Understand: a. Data Warehousing theory and techniques b.
