Title Role: IBM Websphere Commerce Architect/Admin* * Location: Charlotte, NC Duration: 6-12+ Months Interview:Telephonic # of Positions:2 Start Date:Immediate Job Description:* Primary skill - Architect on IBM WebSphere Commerce Platform (This is the platform customer has chosen, so alternate skill will not be acceptable). This will include expertise on following - IBM Websphere Commerce v7.0, IBM Websphere Portal v7.0 and Lotus WCOM v6.1.5, IBM Websphere iLog for Business Rules Management, Software AG webMethods BPM Other secondary skills - eCommerce domain experience for Manuf/Retail companies, Java Experience - 10 yrs. Details - Customer (Manufacturing industry) has started with a pilot project for Business-to-Employee (B2E) portal on IBM WebSphere Commerce platform. This project will run from 1-Dec for 5-6 months followed by B2B and B2C projects which are longer in duration. Initial request is for 6 months for the B2E project. The scope of work will include reviewing the full architectural design, including integration, use of rules engine, master data etc . Will also include interacting with customer architects, and other vendor in terms of integration, architecture review/finalization, identifying critical risks, providing technical solutions for those and supporting project in Architect role to completion.
