• 6-9 yrs total relevant professional experience including at least 5 years
experience with PeopleSoft HCM.

•General knowledge of workforce forecasting, Finance and/or HR processes and
solutions

•Previous analytical reporting experience

•Experience with PeopleSoft's Position Management module

*Description:*

*POSITION DESCRIPTION:* Thesuccessful candidate will be:

• Working with Finance, HR and IT, provide position management and workforce
planning expertise, ongoing direction, and day-to-day user support

•Enforce the rules of governance for the managing to headcount and staffing
budgets as set forth at the beginning of each fiscal year and provide
support for off-cycle changes.

•Assure position management and workforce data integrity within the PS
Position Management module and the Finance TM1 system

•Generate reports and analytics for Finance, HR, and management

•Act as single point of contact and expert resource to users in Finance and
HR

•Support the annual position budget process with coordination between
Finance and HR and Management review and approval processes

•Oversee position management operational tasks to assure they are completed
in a timely and accurate manner to meet standards specified in performance
metrics

•Perform/oversee operational tasks associated with workforce
tracking/planning including resolving data problems down to individual
position/employee level, resolving data accuracy/integrity issues with
Finance and HR partners as needed, and performing data analyses

•Act as liaison with Finance, HR and IT to assure data is current and rolls
up correctly for corporate reporting purposes
•Assure data, process and customer service metrics are implemented and
monitored.
