Become qualified to independently deliver service requests in at least 1 discipline (Security/Hosting Center/LAN/MAN/WAN/DNS/Content Switching) as assigned by the Delivery service lead workers in the first quarter (90 days) and deliver assigned work orders for said service within established SLA. 2. Become qualified to independently deliver service requests in at least a 2nd discipline (Security/Hosting Center/LAN/MAN/WAN/DNS/Content Switching) as assigned by the Delivery service lead workers in the second quarter (180 days) and deliver assigned work orders for said service within established SLA. 3. Become qualified to independently deliver service requests in at least a 3rd discipline (Security/Hosting Center/LAN/MAN/WAN/DNS/Content Switching) as assigned by the Delivery service lead workers in the third quarter (270 days) and deliver assigned work orders for said service within established SLA. 4. Become qualified to independently deliver service requests in at least a 4th discipline (Security/Hosting Center/LAN/MAN/WAN/DNS/Content Switching) as assigned by the Delivery service lead workers in the forth quarter (360 days) and deliver assigned work orders for said service within established SLA.
