*Job Title:                *Customer Projects Manager

*Salary Range:        *$40,000 - $55,000 per year



*General Job Description:*

Responsible for the project management of all systems development, reporting
and integration efforts between Maines and its customers.  For every
customer-facing initiative, works in close conjuction with the customer and
Maines functional and technical experts to fully understand all
requirements, develop project plans, coordinates resources in executing
those plans, create and adhere to testing and approval process and perform
post-implementation assessments.

*Minimum Requirements:*

   - BS/BA in relevant field or at least three years of relevant experience.
   - Experience with managing large scale technology projects
   - Ability gain a level of understanding of any technology to enable
   meaningful project plans, test scripts and assessment measurements.
   - Excellent interpersonal, oral communication, and written communication
   skills.
   - Expertise in MS Office, especially spreadsheets, presentation and word
   processing applications
   - Experience with project management software





*Essential Job Functions:*

·         Work with functional team experts to translate requirements into
approved and clearly understood deliverables

·         Use project management software to maintain current status of each
project

·         Provides corporate managers with reports, assessments, and
recommendations on the progress and viability of projects

·         Act as an agent to strengthen the realtionship between Maines and
its customers through open communications and successful deliverables.

·         Document all processes as developed, fill in gaps for existing
processes

·         Tracks usage, prioritizes requests, monitors activity, and
resolves issues.

·         Ensures department success by managing expectations, controlling
perceptions, and communicating accurate status.

·         Performs other duties as assigned.
