*Job Title:**J2EE Developer* *Location: Reston,VA Duration: 6+ Months **No of positions: 2* *Required experience:* We have an opening at *Reston VA, Ashburn VA & Philadelphia PA* for a Sr. Analyst J2EE. This role will mentor other junior developers as well as be responsible for all technical development of J2EE applications. As a J2EE technical consultant, you will be a key participant in the design and development of various enhancements to a suite of BSS/OSS product suite and other strategic projects. *Daily Responsibilities:* - Provides advanced-level J2EE development skills - Provides strong unit testing, debugging, and documentation skills - Independently manages individual time and tasks - Understands and manages SDLC for development projects - Develops Design Documentation - Conducts code walkthrough and peer review - Creates J2EE solutions to meet business needs - Produce detailed bug reports - Effectively communicate with QA Manager and project team members - Should be able to effectively co-ordinate with offshore test team on daily basis and align performance against plan - Responsible verification and validation of test cases, test data and scripts - weekly status showing the progress of the automation testing effort - Uploading test script and executing scripts from QC - Escalate bugs, document and track them in bug repository *Qualifications:* - Overall experience of 5 to 7 years , Minimum of 4 years of J2EE design and development experience, 5 years of Java development experience, including creation of Java Server Pages (JSPs), servlets, and Enterprise Java Beans (EJBs). - Minimum of 3 year of object-oriented design and development experience, specifically in the area of J2EE design patterns such as Model View Controller, Command pattern, Session Facade, Data Access Object pattern, etc. - 2+ years of experience with Java Profiling, JProbe, Perform Assure. - 2+ years of experience writing SQL and using JDBC to connect to relational databases. - Demonstrate experience deploying solutions to a Unix platform, preferably including Sun Solaris. - Demonstrate experience over the full software development lifecycle. - Demonstrate experience estimating the duration of design and development tasks. - Demonstrate expertise in written and oral communication skills in English language * --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- # Please includes the following information when submitting candidates.* Candidate Full Name: Contact Number: Work Status: Current Location: Email: Ok with Relocation if not local? : Will you incur the Relocation expenses if required? : Availability to start a new project? : Availability to interview? : Total Exp US Exp.
