Creates standards and best practices. Validate and review others data models. Communicate and lead model review sessions with technical and business constituencies. Minimum Core Competencies: 1. Must be an expert data modeler. 2. 10 years of continuous and recent experience as a specialist in data modeling / data architecture. REQUIREMENTS Skills: ER modeling MDM modeling Dimensional modeling ETL experience and skills NOT REQUIRED Very good communications skills Experience: 10 years of full lifecycle ODS and DW experience leading data modeling efforts.
