Start date: ASAP Duration: 6 months. Location: CA As the Business Solutions Lead - CRM you will partner with the business to deliver Customer Relationship Management solutions to meet the dynamic needs of the organization. These include Business to business website, Sales Force Automation, Interaction Center, Marketing, Customer Tiering, Sales, Service etc You will be responsible for ensuring the solutions delivered adhere to client’s internal development methodology and SoX requirements. Manage and mentor a team of analysts overseeing all CRM related systems used throughout i.e. CRM Business Systems Analysts Collaborate with the other teams - Sales Distribution(SD), Logistics Execution (LE), Finance and Controlling (FICO), Materials Management (MM), Business Intelligence (BI) to deliver projects * * *QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED**:* * * Bachelors and/or Masters in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
