Full Name: Current Location: Relocation: Availability: Work Authorization in US: Contact Number: Email: Rate on C2C: Please ensure all candidates have all skills listed under "Required Skills" on their resume. ---------------------------------------------------------------- *SAP Validation Lead* *Location: west chester, Pennsylvania* *Client will not sponsor nor pay relocation.* * * *Minimum Requirements:* PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS: •3 to 5 years experience managing at least one or two Information Technologies related projects •5+ years of experience in supporting SAP validation & change control process in a FDA-regulated environment •3 to 5 years experience leading / managing a team of 3 to 5 individuals *EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS:* •Bachelor's degree in business, information systems or related discipline •MBA or Masters degree preferred but not required *OTHER REQUIREMENTS:* •Excellent oral and written communication skills. •Must be highly organized, creative, articulate, analytical and driven •Must have solid understanding of SAP’s ASAP methodology •Domestic and International travel up to 30%. *Description:* *POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:* •Provides test management oversight as a key member of the SAP program leadership team •Provide direction on test activities across the program, and manages scope changes impacting testing •Provide test leadership, works and communicates effectively with a diverse program team represented from different functional, technical, and business groups •Contribute to overall program plans including resource planning process •Engages in defining and delivering the appropriate level of test approaches and strategies •Facilitate test meetings with business users and other team members to present test methodology and clarify expectations, including user input into the overall test planning process •Provide input into testing activities to occur in each test phase and environment •Manage and monitors test acceptance criteria between test phases •Facilitate and implements test processes, methods for the program as appropriate that will continue to be used going forward particularly for sustainment teams •Establish test milestones, timelines and goals, and tracks metrics and results •Summarize and reports test results for program leadership •Oversee the documentation and consolidation of test results •Manage activities related to program test planning and execution •Provide proactive management of shared and/or conflicting test plans within the SAP program which may share the same integrated environments •Facilitate creating test plans from existing technical and functional design documents, and from other informational sources as available and appropriate •Consolidate test scripts and other inputs from team members into detailed test plans, ensuring test scripts/scenarios map to requirements and business process as appropriate •Manage testing risks and issues providing oversight and escalation to program management and leadership as appropriate •Coordinate education and training of testing approaches, strategies, methods, practices, processes and tools •Facilitate coordination of test activities with third party vendors •Coordinate quality review and approval of test case/scenarios designs, test script development and executions •Liaison with Client One Program Management Office (PMO) or other parties to help program prioritization •Know and follow all laws and policies that apply to one's job, and maintain the highest levels of professionalism, ethics and compliance at all times •Diligently participate in our compliance program-related activities as denoted by your supervisors or our Chief Compliance Officer •Promote and nurture the highest standards of professionalism, ethics and compliance, and actively support our compliance program related initiatives and activities •Consistently enforce employee compliance, including attendance at training programs, and promptly report any non-compliance to the Chief Compliance Officer.
