Position: Sr QA Lead Location: Bentonville, AR Duration: 6 Months Objective(s): ISDLC will include Waterfall, Iterative and Agile project methods by end of Q1FYE12 ISDLC will include a method selection process with defined exception processes ISDLC will provide flexibility based on project size, risk and complexity Management will have visibility to determine if processes and tools are being adhered to in a consistent and measurable
manner ISDLC will include various flexible views into processes (by role, by project method, by level of detail) Summary of Activities to be performed by QA and expectation of deliverables Test Planning Upload Requirements Static testing Requirement Review Test Summary Report for Requirement Phase Test case Creation Test Plan Artifact Updation Design/Complete Test Cases Resolve Defects from Test case Review Finalize Test Plan Test Case Execution Log Testing Defects Defect Triage Resolve Testing Defects within each testing level Re Test Fixes for different levels of testing Create Test Summary report for each level of Testing Test Reporting Complete test execution.
