Prefer local candidate. In Person Interview required Qualifications: Education: M.S. in Statistics, Computer Science or related field. Experience: Minimum 8 years of hands-on experience in clinical SAS programming in biotech/pharmaceutical/CRO companies. Specialized Abilities: Demonstrated knowledge of programming, database structure and statistical theory and practice. Detail oriented with excellent validation, documentation and communication skills Ability to multi-task and manage concurrent projects. System design, implement, automation, and deployment skills. Skills: Solid knowledge of BASE SAS, SAS/STAT, SAS/GRAPH and SAS MACROs. Statistical expertise in programming of common statistical methods in clinical trial analysis: including analysis of variance, categorical data analysis, survival analysis, and mixed linear models. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong problem solving and organization skills. Responsibilities: * Serve as a technical lead/resource for the SAS programming team, internal and external clients. * Mentor and train other programmers in company*s programming standards. * Leverage SAS programming expertise to develop innovative and effective resolutions to highly complex technical problems. * Effectively initiate and implement communication and collaboration within the programming team, across functional teams and with external clients. * Development, implementation and review of functional guidelines, and SOPs for the programming department. * Maintain familiarity with regulatory authority guidelines relating to programming and reporting clinical trial data. * Assist the Sr. Director of Biostatistics and Statistical Programming in leading department and company initiatives If interested please send us your resume with visa, rate and contact details ASAP.
