The candidate must possess the following technical experience: · Minimum requirements include at least 5 years of full time experience with ETL tools and processes in a scientific or technical environment. · Strong experience with Informatica PowerCenter for ETL development, Informatica PowerCenter performance tuning and optimization, data profiling, data quality and change data captures (CDC). · Strong database query and performance tuning abilities. · Most possess advanced SQL programming skills using Oracle. · Bioinformatics experience in the medical or other life sciences industry…….preferred · Minimum 5 years experience with Oracle and 3 years experience using SQL. · Experience with database modeling and design. · Experience with Object-Oriented methodologies, and Test First Development. · Agile Programming. · Experience using Pentaho Data Integration (Kettle) Open Source tool……preferred. · Working knowledge of designing and implementing Data Marts and Operational Data store (ODS) in Enterprise Data Warehouse (EDW). · Understanding of Informatica PowerCenter architecture, Informatica PowerCenter Administration and repository maintenance is a plus. · General knowledge of Business Intelligence and reporting strategies is a plus. · Strong interpersonal and communication skills are highly desired. *Thanks & Regards,* *Aravind* *SR.
