*Job Title: Sr. Programmer Analyst* *Location: Lansing MI* *Duration: 12- 24 Months* *Rate: DOE* Will require one senior programmer/analyst staff person with thorough knowledge of Java development/Spring and Hibernate Frameworks using NetBeans IDE, ORACLE/PLSQL, and version control using Subversion. Also, experience with process flow diagramming using MS Visio, ability to create functional and system design documentation based on approved business requirements and familiarity with the State of Michigan, System Engineering Methodology (SEM) is required. A. Background on the work requested The computer systems which currently support the Corporations Division systems have become outdated and do not meet the business processes used by the Division. The systems are being rewritten to run in a web based environment. Over the last three years the business requirements have been gathered and finalized and functional design of the system is proceeding. Next steps for this project will be finalization of both functional and technical design, construction, testing and implementation. The person in this position will function as the lead developer overseeing and guiding other developers working on the project.
