Note: the first two activities will define the scope of work and inform the remaining activities Business process analysis and documentation Scope and estimate business process work Provide input to the integrated business plan Develop business user acceptance plan and facilitate testing Develop and facilitate business user training as required • Active participant in all phases of the project lifecycle; required to ensure that all requirements are understood, documented and met • Assess current capabilities and identify high-level complex customer requirements • Analyze and design new and existing moderate to complex business processes • Identify and define detailed requirements utilizing appropriate technique • Through solid knowledge of the business, analyzes and prioritizes requirements to provide potential technology solutions and input to issues and risks. • Participate in transitioning the requirements to the designers, and ensure a clear and complete understanding of the requirements • Set up and maintain requirements gathering and tracking documentation, ensuring adequate test coverage of requirements through traceability • Assist in translating requirements and associated work products into test conditions with expected results for product, performance, and user acceptance testing • Work with the project manager, architects, and other team members to define metrics and performance goals for the application *Thanks & Regards,* *Aravind* *SR.
