Summary* The supplier will provide one on-site professional that can independently gather and analyze information or developing and modifying information processing systems in accordance with client requirements as well as the architectural plan for the integration of these systems into the larger technical environment. This individual will be required to work independently or semi-independently with a minimum of guidance or direction. The on-site professional may not start at the beginning of the contract and may not be needed for the length of the contract. *b. Duties and Responsibilities * - The contractor will analyze complex business requirements and use cases. - The contractor may oversee and act as team lead over a team of developers. - The contractor will ensure the design meets all functional requirements in accordance with the TSLC. - The contractor will provide advance coding in WebSphere JAVA providing framework and other advance coding tasks. This includes code walkthroughs, mentoring of client employees and audits of other team members. *c. Minimum Qualifications * - The on-site professional is required to have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent. - Also at least 5 years in the last four years of experience in advanced computer programming skills in WebSphere JAVA development, in Oracle 10g and above, in a UNIX/LINUX environment. - Must be able to perform the complete system life cycle phases from project initiation, analysis and requirements, design, coding, testing and implementation. - Must be able to design and build systems that are integrated with other client systems. - Must be able to develop system documentation, coordinate tasks with the development team and other support groups to complete the project. - Must be able to adhere to client development standards and SOX compliance. Staffing Requirements Rating (1-10) Recent hands on experience with WebSphere Java 9 Advanced computer programming skills in J2EE development in Oracle 10g and above, in a Unix/LINUX environment.
