Immediate Need for Application Support engineer/Tech Support Analyst who has
worked with CA Clarity/Support Tools for a contract in Bay Area, CA


Location: Bay Area, CA

Rate : market

Duration : 6 months+



Application Support Engineer (Customer Support) position:

- previous experience supporting enterprise products that works on Weblogic,
JBoss, WebSphere, MS SQL, Oracle Server is needed, including ability to
backup and restore  databases and deploy applications in WebSphere/Weblogic


-Previous experience supporting large web based enterprise applications
(i.e. * IT Service Management Solutions such as Numara , CA Clarity,
FrontRange, BMC Remedy, etc.)

- Excellent communication skills are must* this is customer facing position

- 4-5 years of hands-on experience supporting large web based enterprise
applications

-  Working knowledge of XML, Java, JavaScript
