They already have the hardware & best practices installed. They are looking for 2 Strong SAP Resources, 1 SAP MM-SD and 1 SAP FICO. *SAP MM/SD:* Strong with Fit-Gap, Configuration experience. Needs to be able to work well with the users. Basically need someone that can handle everything on the functional side. *SAP FICO:* Heavy on the Finance side but def need the CO experience. Any Product Costing experience is huge. *Any experience working on a China rollout would be huge.* * * New implementation project. They have the HW installed, the business practices installed and started to do some realization with SD and a little FI however the realization needs to be done over. So this person needs to do High Level Design/Gap Analysis, Go through All of the scenarios, work with the users, everything from soup to nuts. The client is responsible for and struggling with data migration using LSMW. They have a ton of MM questions. Their Mfg site is located in China, they have someone else supporting China who would be taking care Of the PP but if the MM/SD person has some PP knowledge that would be great. The FI/CO person needs to be pretty heavy on the FI side with Good knowledge of CO/PC. They are going to be consolidating, they currently have 3 company codes and 3 plants.
